If after recording a video it won’t play, either in the editor or on the view page, it could be because of your internet connection’s upload speed.
Tella requires a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps. Anything less than this can cause problems while recording. If there’s trouble uploading a part of your video then it can affect the playback of the rest of it.
To test your internet connection’s upload speed, we recommend using a service like Speedtest:
