You have two options to log in to Tella

• By creating an account with a username & password
• By signing in with your Google account directly .

Sometimes, you start with one of those options, and then later on, you accidentally sign in with the second option, creating 2 separate Tella accounts - even though it’s the same email address!

So, if you can’t login, you might be using the incorrect option.

If you end up with two accounts with videos in both accounts, and would like to move all your videos into one account, reach out to us in the live chat, indicating the one account you want to keep (which option).
